Our Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator develops Diversional Therapy programs to empower, enable, stimulate, and enhance personal growth and wellbeing.
Diversional Therapy sessions are available to adults and children, Tuesdays – Saturdays and are held inside our Penrith Centre. Our aim is engage with our clients to understand who they are and work in collaboration with them to develop programs that aim to support and encompass their passions, dreams and goals. Physiotherapy can help to assess, treat and prevent a wide range of health conditions and movement disorders. Physiotherapists work with people of all ages who need support to improve their strength, movement and flexibility, functional capacity, motor control and coordination.
Functional capacity assessments and the prescription of mobility aids and assistive technology is available for NDIS participants that aims to ensure the individual has the right level of support and funding to achieve their goals.
