Provider passes are a discounted session pass available to preferred organisations or businesses. The pass allows for x40 one hour play sessions to be purchased which can then be used by clients, customers or participants of that organisation. Participants using provider passes are subject to the same rules of entry as individual or group session bookings.
Provider passes provide a savings discount as sessions are purchased in bulk.
They cost $660 inc GST per pass and allow the organisation x40 (1 hour) sessions.

When you have used 35 of your 40 sessions, one of our staff members will be in touch with you to let you know that your pass is nearing capacity.
Yes, the pass can be used for multiple people for 1-hour sessions only and need to be booked in advance via https://sharemyability.org.au/book/ or by calling us on 1300 195 578. Passes for adult sessions cannot be used during certain school holiday periods. Cancellations with less than 2 hour’s notice will not be rescheduled.
Terms & Conditions
The Provider Pass includes x 40 individual visits to Share My Ability. All visits using the pass must be booked in advance by email or phone with details of the organisation and the participant/s attending. Provider Passes are valid for 1 hour sessions only. Provider passes are not accepted in the school holiday period. Providers will be issued the pass details upon payment completion. All participants requiring assistance or support must be accompanied by their carer or support person within their support ratio. Any persons who are unwell should not enter the premises or activity area. Provider will be notified when all of the x40 visits have been redeemed. Maximum attendance is 15 attendees in each session. All other terms and conditions of attendance at Share My Ability apply.

By participating in any class, activity or using any equipment provided by Nepean Area Disabilities Organisation (the Owner) you consent to, and agree to release the Owner from liability according to, these terms. Unless the Owner notifies you otherwise, this waiver and release will apply to all activities undertaken by you at Share My Ability (the premises).

To the extent permitted at law, you release and hold the Owner (and where applicable its, directors, employees and representatives) harmless from any liability, cost, expense, damages or claims (including claims of negligence) arising from or which may be suffered or incurred in connection with your participation in any sessions or activities provided by the Owner.
